Zachary F. Stewart

Zach grew up on a farm in Henryville, Indiana and attended school in Louisville, KY. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Indiana University Bloomington in 2014 and his J.D. from Maurer School of Law at Indiana University in 2018.

Zach gained his first experience in the courtroom during internships with the Clark County Prosecuting Attorney’s office in Jeffersonville, Indiana and knew that was where he wanted to be. He has since worked with attorneys throughout the Southern Indiana and Louisville, Kentucky region, focusing on achieving the best outcome for his clients whether that be through advocacy in negotiation or zealous representation in court.

Zach’s legal experience spans the areas of criminal defense, personal injury, corporate litigation, administrative law, municipal litigation, family law, divorce, wrongful death, and civil rights. He was sworn in to the Indiana Bar in 2018. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana.
